Daytime Support
During the day your doula will care for your whole family. Doulas can walk you through your first bath, or cutting your baby's nails. She might help you with laundry or cooking while you nap or snuggle your baby. Doulas can come with you to doctors appointments, help meal plan and go to the grocery store, or even help you shop for new baby gear or clothes for yourself.
Overnight Care
When you're sleep deprived and bleary-eyed its hard to think straight, make decisions, and be the person you want to be. Both breastfeeding and bottle-feeding parents can benefit from having extra help at night. Imagine waking up refreshed to a tidy kitchen, and a happy baby, and a cup of coffee made by your doula.
